OpenCity Italia allows you to manage public services that include payment phases, integrated with PagoPA. Receipts are sent via email and remain available in the user’s personal area.
All services created through the platform allow you to manage payments, both for fixed and variable amounts. For services with periodic renewals, users receive email notifications and can complete procedures in just a few clicks.
The solution also manages so-called “due payments”, i.e. situations where payment is required for services not provided simultaneously, such as:
- Drinking water supply fee
- IMU property tax
- CIMP advertising fee
- COSAP (public land occupation fee)
- Fines
- Cemetery expenses
The back office allows public officials to monitor payments and generate detailed reports.
