OpenCity Italia offers a structured system for collecting and managing reports. Users can report issues and submit improvement proposals with detailed information and photos. The system allows reporting any type of problem: traffic, mobility, waste collection, urban safety, digital services and public service delivery.
The platform works as a “citizen care” system to receive, map reports and track conversations. It allows classifying and managing requests, processing data into reports and dashboards. Open Segnalazioni is open source software published on Developers Italia, available as SaaS on AgID-qualified cloud.
