Booking an appointment is simple: you proceed step by step in identifying the issue to resolve and the relevant office, until you set the date and time of the appointment. After booking, the system sends an email confirmation and allows you to save the event to your calendar. Appointments can be cancelled to schedule new ones.
The system allows the institution to create an online contact point where users can view services, offices and locations, as well as schedule appointments. It can be integrated into online services: the user creates the application and then books the necessary appointment. All offices that deal directly with citizens and businesses can organize their activities more professionally, analyzing workloads thanks to the collected data.
