The OpenCity Italia website provides a free content delivery service through user registration (“Subscribe to OpenCity Italia”). The service may include sending, to the email address provided by the user, content related to digital transformation in the public sector and the evolution of the OpenCity Italia platform. Additionally, the service may include sending exclusive invitations to free webinars and personal communications following the webinar. OpenCity Italia will make every reasonable effort to ensure access to the services, but in no case can be held responsible if one or more of the services provided free of charge to the user are temporarily inaccessible. Personal data acquired during registration will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

OpenCity Italia holds all property rights to the content which may be used by the user exclusively for personal purposes. Notwithstanding the free nature of the service, the service conditions may be modified at any time by communication to the user’s email address. Such modifications will be considered accepted by the user if they continue to use the service or access the content or do not withdraw from the existing contract within 15 (fifteen) days from the communication. Cancellation from the service is always possible through the methods indicated below.
